At Västernorrlands museum you will hear interesting stories about Västernorrland county, positive stories but also dark stories such as those about the burning of witches that took place in the area.

In the permanent exhibitions you will meet people and items from the Stone Age until the mid 20th century. The temporary exhibitions are changing during the year. Art, handicraft, photography and film are interspersed with exhibitions and current societal topics and issues.
