The scenic Northern Lights Route passes through the north of Finland, Sweden and Norway.

It starts in Tornio-Haparanda, twin cities on the border between Finland and Sweden and ends in Tromsø in Norway.

Wintertime, the route indeed offers a chance of Aurora Borealis, but throughout the year you are sure to come across both wilderness and tourist attractions, including snowmobile safaris, an ice hotel, alpine skiing, white-water rafting and music festivals.
