The guest berths are incorporated into the local marina at Båly. Showers and toilets are in the same building as Lindesnes Hytteservice, which is also where the marina fee is paid. The marina has facilities for refuelling, as well as a slipway for launching boats from a trailer.

There are several businesses on the quayside which specialise in boating and fishing. "Garnbua" sells fishing equipment (including nets) and fresh fish, prawns and crabs can be purchased at "Båly Fisk". Simple and delicious meals can be enjoyed at "Bådhuse" - both pub and local eatery.

The centre of Spangereid is close to the guest harbour and has a supermarket, post office and petrol station. It is also close to the lovely bathing beach at Kråkevig.
