Mount Heilhornet

The mountain is known for its spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, including the nearby islands of Gurskøya and Valderøya. The summit can be reached by a well-marked trail, which starts at the parking lot at the base of the mountain. The trail is of moderate difficulty and takes around two hours to complete.
Along the way, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding fjords, mountains and islands. At the summit, you can enjoy a picnic and take in the stunning views of the surrounding area. For those looking for a more challenging hike, there are several other trails that lead to the summit, including the more difficult route up the north face of the mountain.
