The Old Jærbanen Railway is a unique experience in the Stavanger region of Norway. This historic railway line was built in 1878 and is the oldest in Norway.

It runs from Stavanger to Sandnes and is a great way to explore the beautiful countryside. The train runs through a variety of landscapes, from lush green hills to stunning fjords and mountains.

Along the way, you can stop at the many small villages and towns, and enjoy the local culture and cuisine. The journey takes about an hour and a half, and you can take in the scenery from the comfort of the train.
