The walk is 1 km from "Liseth-høgda". The walk is part of the "Nordsjøløypa". You can therefore continue the hike to "Storehovden".

Flona is an easy hike. Feel free to bring small children without a problem. The destination is 130 m. o. h. You will get a unique view of the sea, even though the hike is short. You get close to Frøyskjera which has a rich history.

Flona is located in a nature reserve. You can therefore experience the rich bird life. At the top you will be able to enter a small cottage where you can enjoy your lunch or a glass of bubbles.
