You do not need any prior knowledge to participate in a course. You start on land and get an introduction to the different types of boards on the market, safety when paddling, paddling techniques, rescue and self-help. This is continued in the water, where you practice these things. The course ends with a trip in spectacular surroundings. The tour includes a stop with snacks and coffee. If you want lunch on the trip, Raw Ocean Lodge can also offer this. Raw Ocean Lodge have quality boards from Starboard. The boards are very stable and suitable for all weight classes. Fins, safety line, paddle and life jacket are included in the course. The situation and the course is determined by weather conditions.
