About this experience

The cave at Uburhelleren was formed by a huge boulder that slid down the mountainside.

The huge slab of rock came to rest on top of other rocks so that a large hall was created naturally underneath.

In the early days of the war, resistance fighters hid here and it was adapted with the intention of later use.

Follow the marked trail from the old power station at Oltedal. Parking available.
