Kvalsvik bathing area is a short distance from the centre of Haugesund and features tables, grills and WC.

A short stroll from here to Kvalen lighthouse and "The rising tide" is well recommended.

The outer part of the inlet can be used by boats, however, one should be aware that there are strong currents in the sea.

How to get there: Turn off highway Fv 47 at Haraldstøtten and follow Kvalsvikvegen Road.
