Synshorn Via Ferrata

Experienced guides take you safely up the steep rock face at the front of the mountain. The view is simply breathtaking. There are a couple of resting areas (bench/cliff gallery) on the way. The name Via ferrata originates in Italy, where iron paths were constructed in the Dolomites under the First Word War to improve the accessibility of the mountains for the troops.
