Vrådal has cross-country tracks in the mountians and the forest, a total of 40 kilometers. From Vrådal Panorama Ski center there are prepared tracks in the bottom of the hill and on the top, one of them leading towards the majestic mountian Hægefjel (1. 021 meters). There are also prepared tracks not far form the center of Vrådal, in forest terrain well suited for beginners.
