Budor
Gudbrandsdalen valley, NorwayBudor Skitrekk is a popular, family-friendly ski centre with two lifts, five downhill slopes and 75 sledges for hire, making it one of the biggest sledging centres in Norway.
The area is prepared for snowboarding, has a big play area and a 'magic carpet' for small children, as well as a lounge. Skis, blades and snowboards for hire.
With more than 300 km of prepared trails, Budor is a perfect starting point for cross country skiing trips. In 2013, the Norwegian Skiing Championships were held here.
Activities on offer include horse-drawn sleigh rides, dogsledding trips, sledge rides and snowtubing. There are also several good bathing spots in the area.
In Budorskogen forest, children can get to know the lovable character Risse, who organises activities for children.
