About this experience

Lake Seljordsvatnet has a sizeable population of large brown trout, and a concerted effort is being made to develop it. The most common catch tends to be trout weighing around 400–500 g – perfect for frying.

The lake is also home to plenty of whitefish as well as some perch, Arctic char and eel. There are many places to go fishing in Seljord.
