About this experience

Practice yoga in Icelandic wilderness in 66°09' just below the Arctic Circle, enjoy healthy food and meditate on a remote island during this restorative retreat.

We leave at 08: 00 from Húsavík aboard a RIB speedboat and go whale watching on the way to Flatey Island. Upon arrival participate in the first outdoor yoga flow, led by an experienced yoga teacher, where we connect to nature and our inner peace.

A delicious, vegetarian lunch is served, followed by a guided tour among the island's stunning scenery, its exciting history and colonies of nesting birds. This easy walk ends with Chai tea and another outdoor teacher-led yoga class or guided meditation.

Allow yourself a mindful and restorative break in the island's wilderness before heading back to Húsavík around 17: 00.
