In Apukka's lakeside sauna, you can experience an authentic wood-heated Sauna and try bathing in the lake Olkkajärvi. Did you know that swimming or dipping in ice-cold water is told to carry significant health benefits? Swimming to cool off goes hand in hand with sitting in the heat. When the lake is frozen (in late autumn and winter), we have a hole in the ice and you can still take a dip in the freezing cold water.
