About this experience

Suðuroy From North To South is an amazing hiking experience that takes you through the stunning landscapes of the Faroe Islands. The route starts in the northernmost village of Trongisvágur and ends in the southernmost village of Vágur. Along the way, you will pass through some of the most beautiful and remote areas of the Faroe Islands. You will have the opportunity to explore the stunning coastline, visit traditional villages, and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hike is approximately 80km long and takes around 4 days to complete. You will have the chance to stay in traditional Faroese guesthouses along the way, and enjoy the local cuisine. This is a great way to experience the Faroe Islands, and to get to know the local culture and people.
