About this experience

The church was built of yellow bricks by the architect P. V. Jensen Klint and master builder Hans Andersen. It was consecrated on March 23, 1915.

In the apse you will find a fresco painting by E. Risbye from 1925. An old prophesy says: 'On the day the church was finished, the sea would wash away the town, and because of that a stone is missing in the church, the church will of that reason never be finished.

Nobody knows where the brick is missing.
