About this experience

From March to May in good conditions for migration, i. e. wind from SE and W and preferable warm, it is a joy to watch bird migration. You can see decent numbers of wood pigeons and stock doves, finches, thrushes, pipits and skylarks.

A reasonable number of birds of prey are often present. The most common are the common buzzard and the sparrow hawk, but the osprey, hen harried, red kite and hobby are also seen every year.

This is a part of the bicycle route "The green tour".
