Nonnebakken is a Viking ring fortress located in the city of Odense, Denmark.

It is the oldest and best-preserved Viking fortress in Denmark, and it is believed to have been built in the late 900s.

The fortress is built in a circular shape, with a diameter of approximately 80 meters.

Inside the fortress, you can find a reconstructed Viking longhouse, as well as a museum with artifacts from the Viking Age.

The fortress is surrounded by a moat, which is still visible today.
