About this experience

Enjoy a unique "Hot & Cold" experience. Cleanse your body and soul with a refreshing ice bath in the arctic Barents Sea. Retrieve your warmth in a hot sauna with dimmed lighting, under the dancing northern lights or midnight sun. The sauna is built integrated in the nature and equipped with a wood fired oven and wooden benches with fjord- and mountain view.

Release your endorphins in Skarsvåg - northernmost fishing village - right next to the famous North Cape. Safely enter the water and swim in the pure ocean. Swim to get cold, and get back in the sauna to get warm - or the other way around. Receive an Arctic Swimmer Diploma for your efforts.

Hot showers, toilets and dressing rooms for men and women.

Safety equipment and supervising personnel will ensure a safe activity.

Disclaimer: all activity is conducted at the guests own risk. Cape Marina has no responsibility for injuries etc. We recommend all our guests to have proper private insurance. By making a booking all guests agree with the content of this disclaiemr.
