Dublin: Howth Coastal Boat Tour with Ireland's Eye Ferries
Dublin, IrelandOur small and intimate group tours leave the Harbour behind on a voyage of discovery spotting the seasonal sea life along the way, puffins, seals, gannets and guillemots to name a few. Onboard our small boats we are able to get up close to the world famous UNESCO designated Dublin Bay Biosphere, the protected nature reserve of the Island of Ireland's Eye, caves and marine life. See the famous Howth cliffs and village on our rustic and authentic boat trip, hearing about the famous history and insider tales of this incredible peninsula.
Nature takes centre stage as we explore the nooks and crannies along the islands waterline, getting up close and personal with the mesmerising nature and wild creatures. A spectacular natural feature is the huge freestanding rock called “the Stack”. Located at the northeastern corner of the island which plays host to a large variety of seabirds.
When you return to the port there are several seafood restaurants along the pier to enjoy, each one better than the other.
There is nothing quite like the experience of the sea from a purpose built boat with a friendly, salty and expert skipper.
