About this experience

The hunting residence Margrethe Minde was built in the 1780s by the Parelius family, who owned the Tradesenter Hopsjø. The place was landscaped with a garden in the French Neo-Renaissance style, and within the walls, you see the remains of the once magnificent garden.

Margrethe Minde is a valuable heritage and a great place for a picnic. On Sundays between 11: 00 and 15: 00, they serve coffee, soft drinks and freshly baked waffles here.
