Nord-Trøndelag Folkedraktsaum welcomes you to Bunadburet at Bjerkem! Berit Bjerkem produces and sells bunads (traditional costumes) from Trøndelag at Bunadburet in Øver-Bjerkem, Henning in Steinkjer Municipality. The folk costumes are reconstructed based on the clothing style in Nord-Trøndelag in the period 1750 to 1840.

This folk costume is worn on festive occasions and features beautiful fabrics, colours, cuts and details from the county and person’s home municipality - their roots!
