Experience the history of the old ruins from Røynfjellmyren and relax on the benches and chairs.

The whole trip includes a 2 kilometre treck on the forest road.

Take the county road 416 followed either by crossing the E18 at Moland industrial area against Vegårshei, or from Vegårshei center.

Drive 8.1 kilometres from Moland industrial area or 7.5 kilometres from Myra to the sign "Slettå" where you turn in.

Drive 1.5 kilometres to the junction with Røynfjellvegen forest road on your left, just before the settlement on Simonstad.

There is limited parking space at the junction. A map can be purchased at the Esso petrol station in Vegårshei, Kilsloftet, Færsnes Gjestegård or the Vegårshei kommune house in the centre of town.
