About this experience

Ørnefjell ("Eagle Mountain") is centrally located, with Oddeskogen as a starting point. The trail winds through forest and has some steep sections. Walking poles are recommended. The trail passes the ski jump which was in operation from 1934 to 1940.

At the summit there is a box with a guest book. There is also a picnic bench and some chairs - enabling visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Recommended footwear: good hiking/training shoes. PLEASE NOTE that several sections of the path may be slippery!
