Enjoy the quiet nature in idyllic Frafjord. Similar to another famous fjord, Lysefjorden, Frafjord also has very steep mountain sides.

On the northside of the fjord, the mountains stretch almost 700 metres up from the fjord. In this area, you can explore Stordalsknuten with an altitude of 692 metres above sea level, Sveknuten at 764 metres above sea level, and Dypingsknuten at 791 metres above sea level.

By the centre of Frafjord, the river Frafjordåna leads into the fjord. There is a small beach with traditional boat-houses, where Frafjord SUP & Kayak is located.
