About this experience

The farm Helleland Gard is located in Lofthus, a part of Norway's largest orchard. The farm has been in the same family since 1684. Today they produce "Heldre Sider og Saft" - apple cider and apple juice. In the farm shop, they offer their own and other locally produced fruit and berry specialties.

You will find everything from jelly, jam, and honey to canned fruits, juices, and much more. During the summer months, apart from Sundays, the farm shop is open every afternoon. The Helleand Gard also offers cider sample tastings. Choose between the more exclusive variant, a cider tasting with cheese and smoked meat served in the "Mosstova", a building from the early 17th century. Or join a guided farm tour accompanied by a cider tasting.

During the Cider Fjord Cruise season in summer, the cider tastings correspond with the boat schedule. Welcome to the Helleland Gard!
