The trail, which passes through not too steep country, has marvellous views of Rjukan, Tinnsjøen, Tuddal and Notodden.

The trail starts at Gaustablikk Høyfjellshotell in the Gaustablikk area. Follow the farm track that goes behind the cabin and follow this up to the cabins at Soria moria Fjellgrend. The path swerves off to the right at the turning to Soria Moria Fjellgrend.

The path is 5 km each way and takes about 1, 5 hour one way.
