The marina is operated by HSDA and has approximately 1100 permanent boat places. There is also good capacity at the winter port, in whirlpools.

HSDA also operates the guest harbor and motorhome parking, on behalf of the municipality of Holmestrand. Here you will find plenty of space, and service buildings.

In the area there is a breakwater which is a popular spot for fishing. In walking distance you will find Dumpen, which is a very popular spot for swimming.

Inside the train station you can take the elevator up to the top and get a spectacular view of the city, the harbor, and the fjord.
