In Rakkestad and Trøgstad you'll find good fishing spots.

Rakkestad

Rakkestad have spots suiteable for disabled people, such as at Rakkestadelva River in Rakkestad town centre and at Hivann Lake in Degernesfjella. Hivann is one of many trout lakes managed by Midtre Degernes Grunneierlag (Landowner Association). Fishing licences can be purchased from the self-service machine at the main roads to the area.

Trøgstad

Trøgstad is home to Gyltatjern, which has fishing facilities for disabled people, and Grefslisjøen where you can fish for perch, pike, roach, bream and other species. Fishing licences are not required here, but fishing licences are required if you want to fish in Kroktjern, Haugetjern and Lierdamtjern (fishing licences can be purchased at Strandahjørnet, tel +47 69827873 and in Stiklatjern, Måstadtjern and all tarns in Viktjernåsen (fishing licences can be purchased at the Rimi store in Båstad, +47 69828239. )
