About this experience

Gol Bygdetun Skaga is an outdoor museum showing old local houses. Skaga sits up high in the valley side with a beautiful view of Gol.

The museum has a hallingstue, stabbur, barn, sauna, summer farm, mill, and an old small school. The oldest houses are from the late 1600s, most from the early 1800s. Inside you'll find all the equipment used daily to care for both people and lifestock.
