The Cultural Heritage Trail starts in the centreof Fyresdal by the museum in Øyskogen. You can choosewhether to do the entire trail (Folkestadbyen + the circuit viasaukro and Bryggjeparken) or just one of the loops. The wholetrip takes just under one hour at a leisurely pace.

No specialfootwear or level of fitness is required – the tour is suitable forboth families with children and elderly people. Most of the trailis suitable for wheelchair users.
