Want to get to know the Icelandic horse? The Visiting HorseFarm at Sturlu-Reykir (route 518) is a good place to do so. It specializes in welcoming those who just want to meet this world-famous breed in a friendly environment. Visiting HorseFarm is run by the couple Hrafnhildur and Jóhannes who have been practicing horsemanship all their lives in Borgarfjörður.
