Siikajärvi nature trail offers trekking and recreation opportunities throughout the year. In the winter the trail serves as a well-maintained ski track. The route goes through primeval forest as well as examples of intensive forestry. There are also two lean-to: s along the route for breaks. The trail is 6. 3 km to the turning point, i. e. its total length is 12. 6 km. The trail starts at the Toukola village hall, 24 km from Kangasniemi main village.
