We offer tasting experiences from Finnish nature. We use ingredients from the forest, such as berries and mushrooms, fish from the lake and local vegetables. We use products from small Finnish producers where possible.

Our menus vary according to the season and harvest periods. Our selection includes “Light snacks", where you can choose cold snacks, such as salads and bread, crudités and selection of dips or filled baguettes. You can also choose a heartier "Menu" consisting of several courses, such as cold starters, a warm main dish, and a dessert.

Cooking on a campfire is dependent on the forest fire warnings. Our menus are specially prepared for each excursion, and we cater for special diets.
