About this experience

Rubjerg Knude is a unique natural phenomenon located in the northern part of Denmark.

It is a 60-metre-high sand dune, which is slowly moving inland due to the strong winds from the North Sea.

The lighthouse, which was built in 1900, is now situated on the edge of the dune and is slowly being buried by the sand.

The area around Rubjerg Knude is a nature reserve and is home to a variety of wildlife, including seals, birds, and rare plants.

Visitors can explore the area on foot or by bike, and there are several viewpoints from which to admire the spectacular views.

The area is also a great spot for bird-watching, and the nearby Rubjerg Knude Museum offers visitors an insight into the history of the area.

Rubjerg Knude is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Denmark.
