About this experience

Læsø has a fantastic, varied nature and also many opportunities for different hiking routes.

As an island located in the Kattegat, it is a given that there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful walks along the coast, which everyone should treat themselves to. Listening to the lapping of the waves and feeling the fresh wind on your face is balm for the soul.

But Læsø is also capable of delivering on hiking routes in different terrain. On the northern part of the island you will find Læsø Klitplantage, where you can move between conifers and heath.

On the southern part of the island, you can experience the nature of Rønner and delve into the history of the old saltworks. To the east there are the large dune areas and heaths at Jegens, Danzigmann and Bløden Hale, and to the west the fine lakes and small dunes along the beach.
