About this experience

DieselHouse in Copenhagen is built around a mammoth-sized B&W diesel engine from 1932, which for more than 30 years was the largest diesel engine in the world. DieselHouse tells, in an authentic environment, the history of the diesel engine, which is one of the central technologies of the industrial world.

The exhibitions are supplemented by different types of audio-visual communication, which make them come alive and give the audience the possibility to focus according to interest.

The large diesel engine will be started at 11: 00 on the first and 3rd Sunday of the month. Special events outside normal opening hours are possible at a fee.
