About this experience

Is a 40 – 80 Metres deep, 20 Km. long, 1-2 Km. wide, winding water, which form the narrow passage of Lillebælt in the north.

Snævringen is a very trafficked, due to traffic by sea between Kattegat and the Baltic Sea, and traffic by road between Jutland and Funen.

Before 1935 and 1970, when the bridges connected the two sides, the ferries carried a huge number of traffic over Snævringen.
